Reclaim Advantage! Reclaim Life! The Boston Marathon and Spring Are In The Air

The Boston Marathon packets are stuffed, the numbers are repainted on the marathon route, it was Opening Day at Fenway Park and Spring is in the air in Boston!

I had no idea what an exciting time this would be for me working as the Communications and Public Relations Director and "booking specialist" at Spratt Muscular Therapies. As I looked at the Spratt Muscular Therapies Facebook page from a year ago at this time there were maybe 40+ likes and Jeffrey Spratt,MT, Owner and Principal so wanted to get his message out but as a solopreneur did not have the time to share the amazing work he pioneered with the ShakeOut (TM) and the Spratt Method of Muscular Therapy.

Having run the 2009 Boston Marathon AND experiencing the life changing work during this past year by partnering with Jeffrey, I can represent Spratt Muscular Therapies with passion and pure joy. I provide support and reassurance to runners experiencing taper madness. Jeffrey has taught me so much about the runner's body and the work he does that I can educate clients as I schedule their appointments for massage.

I also get to relive my 2009 Boston Marathon run and inspire those getting ready to toe the line in Hopkinton one week from today.

We have a bustling practice with two rooms and a team of 7 therapists (and one more on the way.)

Clients are referring their friends and today we had several referrals from the Boston Marathon (R) Adidas RunBase Store for which we are so grateful after providing complementary ShakeOut (TM) massage at their store a few weeks ago.

I am so blessed to work with Jeffrey and the team at Spratt Muscular Therapies where we are so much more than a typical massage therapy practice. It's an exciting time to be able to share how everyone especially Boston Marathon runners can reclaim advantage and reclaim life through the power of positive touch.

I feel the excitement of Spring; of growth and renewal that comes with the season and the anticipation of the 120th running of the Boston Marathon one week from today.

To your health and wellness!
Mary
